Flats are located on five floors all served by elevator. We offer :
- studios (about 30-35 square meters)
- one bedroom flats (about 55-60 square meters)
Facilities
All the flats (some with views over Grand Paradis and Mont Blanc mountains) have a :
- bathroom (some with shower, others with bath)
- fully equipped kitchen (with electric coocker hot plates, microwave oven and dish-washer)
- telephone (with plug for internet connection)
- satellite television with dvd player
The studios have a comfortable sofa-bed with the possibility of an additional bed.
The one bedroom flats have a separate bedroom with a double bed (or two separated single beds) and the comfortable sofa-bed in the dining room. The superior flats, bigger and with the possibility of an additional bed (sleeping a maximum of 6 people).

- ground floor: 2 studios (with independent access from a small garden)
- ground floor: 1 superior one bedroom flat
- 1st floor: 2 one bedroom flats
- 2nd floor: 2 one bedroom flats
- 3rd floor: 1 studio and 2 large studio
- 4th floor: 2 superior one bedroom flats
